We must be able to adopt a more collaborative approach to making reforms so that we can find innovative solutions. Good practices and models need to be used and disseminated but, at the same time, we must have the courage to relinquish old practices and procedures.
It is more essential than ever to develop working life. The renewal of work-life will continue to require active development work, an inclusive organizational culture, and investment in good leadership and continuous learning.
The first nation wide Work Life Forum Finland 2022 was held in Pikku-Finlandia in Helsinki and online on 31st August 2022.
