In order to form a coherent picture of the situation in working life and to maintain it, a wide-ranging dialogue is needed between the various actors and the courage to think outside the ordinary. As part of this wide-ranging dialogue, we have launched a project to change working life and the future. In the survey that started in February, we ask individuals in Finnish work-life, among other things, what changes they have experienced in working life.
