We are living in an exceptionally interesting time for the development of working life. We have entered an era of uncertainty. The pressure on the workplace caused by Covid-119, climate change and the industrial revolution has been exceptional in recent years. In recent weeks, pressure has been exacerbated by Russia’s irrational attack on Ukraine. We now have to think about what working life has been like before and what it will be like in the future. As a society, we have a vantage point of how we can deal with these changes together.
